In these 5 bags, the stage will be available to the winning project, for a maximum time of 40 hours from Monday to Friday. In this period of time, the company will work on the technical development of the work, the assignment will be intended to enable access to a technically equipped rehearsal space. Said assignment will have no economic cost for the companies.
As compensation, the companies must make a representation in the D8SF facilities or in municipal facilities, dividing the box office as follows: 70% for the company and 30% for D8SF. Resident companies must come to the residence with at least one technician responsible for lighting and sound design. D8SF will provide the technical equipment attached to this project and a technician responsible for the room, said technician will collaborate in the assembly of the residence and in the representations will carry out assistance work to the company.
Once their technical residency period is over, each company must present a report specifying the project they have developed and this will be presented in the justifying report of this plan.
Rehearsal dates and times will be coordinated with D8SF prior to award. The duration may not exceed 7 consecutive days and the number of hours that a company will have the stage at its disposal on the same day will be 8 hours, with hours from 09:00 to 17:00.
